I have a horrible, mean, dreadful neighb...So do I. I have a horrible, mean, dreadful neighbour who - when she first moved in - said: "I don't read."... I pitied her right there because she didn't.<br />But as time went on, I found it wasn't because she didn't, it was because she probably had a learning disability that prevented her from the joy of it. <br />This made me sad because there is help for people like her and yet she didn't go and get that assistance.
