The April / May book list

After much thought, here are the six books that made the April/May book list:

Wow, awesome selections! The Book Thief is up there on my list of all time favourite, have reread it twice already, such a beautiful book!

Stieg Larsen is also a gem! Enjoy!

Finally! I had a look at my local secondhand bookstore... and managed to find a copy of The Wednesday Sisters by Meg Waite Clayton... it looks good ;-)

The Stieg Larsson books are absolutely brilliant and get better and better as you go through the series.

I'm pretty keen to read the Book Thief, it sounds great!

Ah... how stupid of me! I just popped in to see who else was joining in and I noticed that I had got my book all wrong? I'm actually reading 'The Thirteenth Tale' by Diane Setterfield, which by the way is good;) See yah soon!

Oooh I'm excited to start a new book list, especially now that Carey has said how good the Book Thief is. That's my top choice.

I'm seeing the girl with the dragon tattoo at the movies this weekend, so maybe I will start on the Stieg Larsen series too.

I read the book thief and I really really loved it. So well done. I also read the Thirteenth Tale and I couldnt put it down. I CAN NOT wait until Diane Setterfield has another book out. I hope its just as good.
p.s. have you been to goodreads.com? Great place to track books, read reviews, add friends, etc... give it a go!

Update - read the Thirteenth Tale and loved it! Beautifully written, and mysteriously evocative...

I have recently started "The book Thief" and so far I love it.
